Sophia is a dynamic addition to the Red Sky team with a keen understanding of effective communication strategies. Sophia thrives in various areas of the PR landscape where her diverse skill set allows her to tackle different challenges with adaptability. Sophia deals mostly with media and influencer relations where she builds and nurtures relationships with journalists and media outlets as well as understanding the power of social media and its impact on brand exposure.
Her educational foundation is rooted in her alma mater, Boise State, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in communications. Complementing her degree, she also holds a PR certificate, further solidifying her commitment to mastering the craft of public relations.
Katie brings a unique blend of broadcast journalism excellence and strategic storytelling expertise to Red Sky through years of leading award-winning content teams at KTVB News Channel 7 and crafting compelling stories at Big Ten Network, NBC Sports, and NFL Films. As an accomplished writer and creative visionary, Katie brings both technical proficiency and strategic intuition to help clients discover and communicate their “why” to influence their audience, whether during times of growth or crisis. As a former journalist, Katie has in-depth knowledge of complex issues, including Idaho’s water rights, policies, and legislative procedures. She’s also a vessel for a variety of Idaho’s unique places and history through producing KTVB’s “The 208” and personal exploration. With proud Midwest roots in Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, she still understands what makes Idaho, Idaho, because of her free time spent trail running, skiing, camping, and drinking craft beer all over the Gem state with her husband and German Shepard, Grizzly.
Naturally curious and engaged in understanding all sides of an issue, Julie has a deep knowledge of public affairs and community engagement honed over a decade of experience across diverse industries. With a passion for organization and bridging communication gaps, Julie prides herself on navigating the ever-changing communications landscape and developing compelling narratives. She excels at executing strategic communication for transformative projects and critical issues.
Born and raised in Idaho, Julie is a lover of literature, dance, good food, a crisp craft beer and her cat Meiko.
With 13 years of experience, Gloria brings her unique charm and expertise to Red Sky and its clients. Specializing in travel and tourism, she works her magic to generate buzz for destinations, hotels, and resorts. With skills ranging from media relations to event planning, Gloria is the ultimate PR guru. She’s a master at building connections and securing extensive media coverage, always keeping up with the latest PR trends. When she’s not expanding on her knowledge and professional achievements, Gloria enjoys a good happy hour, preferably sipping the finest offerings from an Idaho winery. She’s also a proud Oregonian, cheering for her Broncos and doting on her adorable fur babies, Carlson and Edo.
Amber Lovotti is the powerhouse behind Red Sky’s process and project management. With a passion for keeping things organized, she takes on the role of wrangling both the business minds and creative spirits at the agency. As the dedicated project lead, Amber ensures that client projects and agency initiatives stay on track and on time, all while sporting an upbeat attitude and a persistent smile. Beyond her organizational prowess, Amber dives into spearheading media and influencer relations for clients, while staying on top of the ever-evolving social media landscape and marketing trends. A proud graduate of Boise State University with a degree in marketing, Amber brings her expertise and enthusiasm to every task she tackles.
Bryan is a versatile writer, editor and strategist, specializing in brand development and crafting impactful messaging that engages audiences and inspires action. With an innate talent for ideation and streamlining processes, he lives for brainstorming sessions, simplifying the complex and delving into the creative process to craft audience-specific and SEO-friendly content that delivers results without sounding like a robot. His diverse marketing and advertising background spans agency and corporate roles, where he has successfully spearheaded communication initiatives and developed compelling content for a broad spectrum of organizations, ranging from agile startups to global enterprises across various industries.
A native of Scotland with 30 years of national and international marketing experience, Lynda has led strategic planning, branding, marketing, economic development and community engagement efforts for a wide range of organizations — from municipalities, government agencies, financial institutions and nonprofits to travel, hospitality and a variety of other private sector businesses. She is skilled at uncovering a company’s culture, business processes and strategic goals, which are fundamental to strategic planning, branding and communication development that meet client goals. As project lead for communication efforts, Lynda counsels clients at every step.
Chad leverages his extensive corporate communication and content strategies to help Red clients engage and inspire their audiences by seamlessly connecting strategy, audience, and story. His extensive communication experience spans media relations, merger / acquisition communications, content marketing, crisis management, and internal communication. He has worked with notable clients across the grocery retail, technology, education, healthcare, and clean energy space. Chad’s expertise also extends to media research and awareness measurement efforts. When he’s not crafting compelling messages, Chad is likely on the sideline of a Lacrosse field watching his son, being ego-checked by his teenage daughter or enjoying the Idaho outdoors or some live music, preferably both.
Tracy manages finance, operations and human resources for Red Sky. From accounting and financial reporting to compliance, recruiting and much more, her dynamic, invaluable role is critical to keeping the agency firing on all cylinders and enables her colleagues to focus on delivering the best counsel and content to clients. As a partner, she enjoys the strategic role she plays in guiding the agency’s business health and direction.
Born and raised in Montana, Tracy moved to Idaho to earn a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration at Boise State University. She has continued her education at NNU to develop a broader base of knowledge in business administration. She is also a member of Human Resources Association of the Treasure Valley and was named an Idaho Business Review Women of the Year in 2014.
As Founder and CEO of Red Sky, Jess provides strategy and ideation across the client portfolio and leads the agency’s reputation management and executive coaching programs which include public speaking, media relations, crisis communication and personal brand.
With more than two decades of journalism and PR expertise, she is a trusted advisor to private- and public-sector leaders who turn to her to handle high-stakes issue communication and crisis response. One of Jess’ most valuable assets is her deep knowledge and connectivity to the people and issues that drive business in Idaho — from the political landscape and entrepreneurial ecosystem to economic development efforts and the changing dynamics of legacy and emerging industries. Jess was an Emmy award-winning journalist, recognized as a CEO of Influence, and served as a federal appointee to the National Women’s Business Council. She is currently a Director of First Federal Bank, Honorary Commander of the Idaho Air National Guard and executive board member of the Women’s and Children’s Alliance.
