As the newest member of the Red Sky team, Sophia provides a fresh perspective on projects. Most of her tasks include media and influencer relations, research, content development, and social media management. Originally from Emmett, Idaho, Sophia moved to Boise in 2013 to earn her degree in Communication with a certificate in public relations from Boise State University. She graduated in 2019 after serving as the Assistant Firm Director on the board of BSU’s chapter of Public Relations Student Society of America.
Sean’s data-driven approach to communication turns insights into actionable strategy for Red Sky’s clients. An accomplished writer and content marketer, he excels at analyzing and understanding our client’s communication challenges and using the strength of story to engage and convert audiences into advocates.
As a former journalist, Sean covered a wide range of complex, business-related beats and evolved his storytelling skills while crafting and managing content for a globally recognized beef company. He also managed eight branded social media accounts and developed and executed advertising campaigns for a variety of business goals as he managed the company’s social advertising spend.
Sean has received an Idaho Press Club Award for his reporting and investigations but is much prouder of developing a deep understanding of public policy, politics and business and civic institutions throughout his career.
A seeker of organization and patterns, Julie provides calmness and structure across client initiatives. With a focus on public engagement and a strong background in social media, she develops messaging and content to establish a level playing field for all audiences and stakeholders. With more than ten years of public relations and marketing experience in both the agency and corporate landscapes, she has led communication initiatives for grassroots community issues and companies ranging from SaaS to destination marketing organizations. Committed to fostering the arts, Julie is a Surel’s Place board member.
Gloria is Red Sky’s public relations maven. From influencer engagement and media relations to event and familiarization-tour planning, she is known for her ability to develop key relationships and drive coverage for Red Sky’s clients. Stylish in thought and delivery, she stays tuned in to the latest communication news, events and trends to keep Red Sky and her clients on top of their PR game.
As a purveyor and seeker of all things fun, Gloria draws enjoyment in meeting and connecting with others; so, it’s fitting that she leads Red Sky’s culture- and team-building excursions. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards from the Idaho Press Club, Boise Advertising Federation and Capital City Communicators. A seventh-generation Oregonian, Gloria moved to Boise to pursue her degree in communication from Boise State University (go Broncos!)
Passionate for process and project management, Amber Lovotti is responsible for wrangling Red Sky’s business minds and creative spirits. Tasked with keeping client projects and agency initiatives on time — and all of our ducks in a row — she does it with an upbeat attitude and a persistent smile. When she’s not keeping things efficient and organized, Amber is busy spearheading media and influencer relations efforts for clients and tracking the latest social media and marketing trends and policies.
A graduate of Boise State University with a degree in marketing, Amber is currently enrolled in the Boise Metro Chamber’s Leadership Boise program.
Bryan is an adept writer, editor and strategist who collaborates with clients to shape their brand platform and distill their core messaging into copy that connects with audiences and inspires action. A natural-born ideator, he basks in brainstorming sessions and crafting concepts into compelling content that drives measurable results for clients. With 15 years of marketing and advertising experience in both agency and corporate roles, he has led communication initiatives and developed content for organizations ranging from small businesses to global enterprises and spanning a wide range of industries.
Bryan transplanted to Boise from Portland, Oregon, where he studied organizational communication at the University of Portland and mastered the craft of mixology at McMenamins. An avid supporter of Boise’s cultural arts, Bryan serves as a member of the board of trustees for Boise Contemporary Theater.
Lynda oversees client engagement and is responsible for assembling agency teams to provide counsel, content and connections to help our clients meet their business objectives. With more than two decades of international experience in business–to-business and business-to-consumer segments, she offers a comprehensive understanding of branding and marketing, including strategy, research and planning and competitive analysis to develop communications that engage target audiences and deliver results. One of Lynda’s most valuable assets is her business mindset, where she is skilled at gaining a deep understanding of a company’s culture, internal business processes and strategic goals, which lay the foundation for strategic planning and communication development.
A native of Scotland, Lynda has had the opportunity to work on global initiatives that provide a unique perspective into various industries and cultures. Lynda is a 2015 recipient of the Women’s & Children’s Alliance’s Tribute to Women in Industry Award and is also a Corporate Pillar for the organization.
As Red Sky’s corporate communication and content lead, Chad Biggs helps organizations engage and inspire by finding the intersections between strategy, audience and story. His communication experience spans media relations and content marketing to crisis and internal communication for small agencies to corporate enterprises in grocery retail, technology and healthcare. He is also a minority partner at the agency.
Chad has earned numerous communication awards for his copywriting, communication strategy, media relations and merger/acquisition communications over the course of his career. He is also inspired by several community causes and efforts, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Silver Sage Council in Idaho. He graduated from Washington State University longer ago than he wants to admit but remains a proud Coug.
Jess provides strategy and ideation across the client portfolio and leads the agency’s executive skills coaching and training programs. With more than two decades of journalism and PR experience, she is a trusted advisor to private and public sector leaders who turn to her to handle high-stakes issue communication and crisis response. One of Jess’ most valuable assets is her deep knowledge and connectivity to the people and issues that drive business in Idaho — from the political landscape and entrepreneurial ecosystem to economic development efforts and the changing dynamics of legacy and emerging industries.
An Emmy award-winning journalist and honored as a CEO of Influence, Jess is also a Boise Arts & History Commissioner, Women’s & Children’s Alliance board member, Boise Valley Economic Partnership board member and Honorary Commander of the Idaho Air National Guard Mission Support Group.
Tracy manages finance, operations and human resources for Red Sky. From accounting and financial reporting to compliance, recruiting and much more, her dynamic, invaluable role is critical to keeping the agency firing on all cylinders and enables her colleagues to focus on delivering the best counsel and content to clients. As a partner, she enjoys the strategic role she plays in guiding the agency’s business health and direction.
Born and raised in Montana, Tracy moved to Idaho to earn a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration at Boise State University. She has continued her education at NNU to develop a broader base of knowledge in business administration. She is also a member of Human Resources Association of the Treasure Valley and was named an Idaho Business Review Women of the Year in 2014.
